- Enterprise customers. Where our enterprise customer uploads, records, or otherwise processes content in the Services (e.g., meeting recordings, transcripts, chat logs), we typically act as a processor (or “service provider”,“processor” under CCPA/CPRA/LGPD). In such cases, our processing is governed by a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) available on request at legal@paradisosolutions.com.

Sources of Personal Data
- Directly from you (registration, forms, uploads, support).
- Automatically via the Services and cookies/SDKs.
- From your organization/administrator if you use an enterprise account.

How We Use Personal Data (Purposes & Legal Bases)
We process Personal Data to:
- Provide & maintain the Services (perform the contract, legitimate interests).
- Create AI‑assisted outputs (e.g., transcripts/summaries) at your request (perform the contract, consent where required).
- Personalize & improve features, quality, and user experience (legitimate interests).
- Security & abuse prevention, including monitoring, preventing, and responding to fraud or misuse (legitimate interests, legal obligation).

We may use aggregated or de‑identified information for analytics, benchmarking, and product development. We do not attempt to re‑identify such data except as needed to test anonymization or as required by law.
Google/Microsoft Integrations & “Eva by Paradiso”
If you authorize integrations, we access only the minimal scopes needed to provide requested features (for example, reading calendar event details so our assistant can join a scheduled meeting you select). We follow platform policies (e.g., Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements). We do not use Google Workspace or Microsoft data for advertising or to train generalized AI models. Access tokens are stored and transmitted securely.
You can revoke access at any time in your account or via the provider’s security settings. When you disconnect, we can no longer retrieve new data from that provider; any stored content linked to that integration is deleted in accordance with this Policy.
Your Responsibilities When Recording
You are responsible for ensuring you have all required notices and consents from participants before recording calls or meetings and for honoring applicable laws (e.g., two‑party consent jurisdictions). You agree not to capture or upload content that violates third‑party rights or applicable law. You may disable recording and/or delete stored content at any time as described below.

We use first-party and third-party cookies/SDKs to operate the Services, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and provide a better user experience.
